My Goal

The goal that I have for this blog is to help as many people as possible avoid the many mistakes that I have the last year and to help them along with their progress.

The overall process of losing weight is extremely frustrating and can be so confusing. There is a major information overload right now between fitness magazines, blogs, youtube, etc. that it can just be so overwhelming to even know where to begin.
I want to help with that and trim down this information to a single blog; weeding out all the unnecessary fluff and getting right down to business. I want to be able to get everyone onto there journey more quickly than if they were simply doing it alone. I want to create an environment that you don't have to guess whether an article is actually true, or just some gimmick to get you to buy some expensive product that you really don't need.

I'm going to walk through my pitfalls and successes with this blog, and hopefully you'll figure out exactly what will work for your needs and get some real results.
The most frustrating thing out there is disciplining yourself for an untold amount of time, seeing results, but after a couple of weeks either gaining the weight back or simply hitting a plateau.
I'll try to help, to the best of my ability, getting past any hardships that you may encounter and produce accurate information.
